This is my signature program for becoming aware of and healing the emotional wounds and consequences of toxic or narcissistic relationships, so you can live a life of freedom and peace.

These are not normal relationships, therefore you cannot heal in the normal way.  It takes understanding and compassion from someone who has been there too.

• Command confidence – Build self-confidence by strengthening what you are good at
• Ignite Intuition – Listen to your gut, ask questions and look for signs
• Open up to healthy relationships of all types – What is a healthy relationship? (Friends coworkers, family members, and romantic partners)
• Unlock your purpose – What lights you up and will help you focus on something besides the toxic person?
• Schedule daily self-care – How routines can help you change the focus back to yourself and your purpose
